Dominique "Johnny Ciphe" Gibson, a Miami native, is a young producer who's production style seems pretty unique to many. Coming from a city dominated by Miami-Bass Hip-hop, his style definitely stands out. Being a fan of all the different styles of the Hip-Hop genre, he incorporates all of it into one and outputs what he expresses as his own. He also likes to point to his Jamaican upbringing for adding a little extra style into his music.
Johnny Ciphe is definitely not your average producer. With mixtape titles such as "Watermelons & Meatloaf" he will draw your attention with his music, keep you locked in and wanting more. You might not totally understand how the styles all make sense together but for some strange reason you can't stop listening to it.
